The planning application for the Balbriggan Allotments at Knocknagin Lane is now underway. The proposed development will include the development of 260 allotments, car parking space for 50 cars, a new vehicular entrance from Knocknagin lane, gravel and grass pathways, a water tank, groundwater well and associated water supply. Plots will come in three sizes, of 50, 100 and 200 square metres and at a cost of €1 per square metre. There will be 70 of the smaller plots, 160 medium and 10 large plots.
