The students involved in the programme found the programme extremely beneficial, it aims help foster good relationships between our young people and An Garda Síochána. The students showed their appreciation on the last day of the programme by presenting them with a custom made cake, baked by the students, with the Garda crest and cap.
First, second and third years attended the celebration and thoroughly enjoyed the music performed by the Garda band. The pieces ranged from traditional Irish to Michael Buble.
